Austin Martz

Austin Martz is the Director of Data Management in our office, and you would know this by the number of spreadsheets he proactively creates. Austin stumbled into the insurance industry with tired legs from a professional soccer career, but a mind ready to work on a new challenge. He is a graduate from Georgetown University with a leadership and marketing background, and is very active in his local church, Salt, where he helps lead the Kids Ministry and a Kinship Group. To Austin, Jesus is everything and he wants to honor and obey the Lord in every facet of life. He is married to his wife Hannah, and they have a beautiful daughter named Finley and son Kai.
