Shawn Guderian

Shawn Guderian joined The Huneycutt Group in April 2019 and currently serves as the Director of Operations. A graduate of UNC-Wilmington with a Marketing degree, Shawn brings a results-driven mindset to everything he does— influenced by his time on the men’s soccer team. He’s passionate about ensuring exceptional customer experiences, upholding agency standards, and being a go-to resource for training and support for the Agency.

Born in Hawaii but a Wilmington local for over 30 years, Shawn and his wife, Lauren, both attended Ashley High School and connected through their love of soccer. They are the proud parents of two energetic boys, Flash and Samson. Outside of work, you’ll often find the family running around on a local field, enjoying quality time together.
